Spirits
Rum, Rhum, Ron is a rich and complex spirit with history going hundreds of years back in time. The demand of premium and super premium rum has increased a lot, both on rare bottles and buying casks for further ageing and sale for independent bottlers around the world.
First Wave Spirits offers access to premium aged rum in from origins around the world. We also provide Cognac, Tequila and Whisky.
We provide the full package from sourcing the rum and premium rum from the distillery, negotiation of terms and conditions, the management of logistics and shipping and all the documentation required.

Barrels
First Wave Spirits source and supply high quality barrels. We can deliver your rum in barrels, 1000 litre IBCs or ISO tanker. American wood is approximately 200 litres in size and Hogshead is 250 litres.

Transport and logistics are not just moving shipment from A-B. Rules, regulations and compliance is an important factor as alcohol UN3065/UN1170 is classified as dangerous gods when shipped under special circumstances.
Stricter demands for correct IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) and DGD (dangerous goods declaration) are being implemented every year. Due to our years’ experience with dealing with shipping lines and logistics partners we know how to deal with this.

Let us develop your own private label rum
Having your own label on the outside of a bottle and award-winning rum inside of it is now easier than ever before.
We specialize in sourcing rum from the best distilleries around the world. We have access to British, French and Spanish rum styles.
We can supply you with the full set up, sourcing, bottling, bottles, caps labels, tubes and cardboard boxes.
Our minimum order quantity for selected rum profiles in down to 48 bottles including tubes.

We are based in north of Denmark near Aalborg, with our logistic center and logistic office in Odense, Fyn.
We have more than 20 years of experience from the Spirit industry, and more than two decades of expertise navigating global logistic markets. Our experience covers widely, from creation of brands, building up brands and sale of spirits and barrels.
